  1. VVVF drive- Motor rotating speed can be precisely adjusted to
    get smooth speed curve in lift start, travel and stop
    and gain the sound comfort.
  2. VVVF door operator-
    Motor rotating speed can be precisely adjusted to
    get the more gentle and sensitive door machine
    start/stop
  3. Inspection operation-
    When the lift enters into inspection operation, the
    car travels at 0.25m/s inching running.
  4. Inching running- When the lift enters into emergency condition, the
    car travels at 0.25m/s inching running.
  5. Independent running-
    According to users’ requirement, the lift will not
    respond to outer calling, but only inner command
  6. Self-help slow run-
    When the elevator is in a state of non-repair, and
    not in the leveling floor. In this case if meet the
    safety requirements, the lift will automatically slow
    run to the leveling floor area, open the doors off.
  7. Power on releveling-
    Car stop between two floors because of power cut
    or power failure, when power recovery, car will run
    to nearest leveling floor.
  8. Arrive auto open-
    Elevator slow down to leveling, auto open
  9. Express door Closing- When the lift stops and opens the door, press door
  10. Control of door open time-
    After the lift arrive and automatic open, self-closing
    delay some time. Such as when no call signal stops
    the layer registration delay of 2.5 seconds, and if
    the call signal delay 4 seconds. This delay can be
    set in the parameters.
  11. Reopen with hall call-
    In the door shutting process, pressing the hall call
    button can reopen the door.
  12. Door re-opening – During normal door closing, when car button that
    indicates the direction consistent to current running
    direction is pressed in hall, door will be re-opened
  13. Door opening prohibition outside door zone-
    For safety, door opening is disable outside door
    zone.
  14. Emergency car lighting-
    Emergency car lighting automatically activated
    once power failure.
  15. Attendant bypass function-
    In the attendant driving conditions, panic button is
    pressed straight ahead, the elevator will not answer
    an outside call signal.
  16. Full-load bypass-
    When load in car reaches preset full load. Namely
    elevator enters full-load bypass, elevator will no
    longer respond to hall call, but directly reach
    designated floor in response to command.
  17. Overload stop – When the car is overload, the buzzer rings and the
    lift remains at rest in the same floor.
  18. Direct parking – According to distance principle completely, the car
    can directly level without crawling, lt greatly
    enhances the operation efficiency.
  19. Stop in another door-
    If the elevator continued to open the door 10
    seconds later, open limit donĄŻt run, elevator
    becomes closed state, after the door closed, will
    response to next call and instruction.
  20. Car arrival gong – Arrival gong in the car top announces passengers
    the car’s arrival.
  21. Car ventilation, light automatic shut off-
    If there is no calling or command signal within the
    stipulated time, the car fan and lighting will be
    automatically closed in order to save the energy.
  22. Photocell protection-
    In the door open and shut period, the door
    protection device of infrared ray that covers the
    whole door height is used to probe both the
    passengers and objects.
  23. Fire alarm – In emergency conditions, if bell Button on car
    operation panel is continuously pressed, electric
    bell rings on top of the car.
  24. Fire emergency return-
    If you start emergency switch in main landing, all
    the callings will be cancelled. The lift directly and
    immediately drives to the designated rescue
    landing and automatically opens the door.
  25. Automatic return to base floor-
    In low traffic flow, the car which has no call will
    return to the main floor, shut the door and keep
    waiting automatically.
  26. Five way intercom-
    Communication amid car, car top, lift machine
    room, well pit and rescue duty room through walkie-talkie.
  27. Floor and direction indicator-
    The car shows the lift floor location and current
    travel direction.
  28. Floor and direction indicator in hall-
    The landing shows the lift floor location and current
    travel direction.
  29. When reversed, Automatic cancel instruction-
    When the elevator reaches the farthest landing, all
    instruction direction registration canceled.
  30. Over-leveling and limit protection device-
    The device can be effectively prevented the
    elevator hit the top or bottom when the elevator
    runaway, make the elevator more secure.
  31. Remote shutdown-
    Via the key switch, the elevator can be summoned
    to the base station (after completion of the service)
  32. Start protection control-
    If the lift does not leave door zone within the
    designated time after it gets started, it gets started,
    it will stop the operation.
  33. Anti-stall timer protection-
    The lift stops operation due to slippery traction wire
    rope.
  34. Down over speed protection-
    When the lift downs 1.2 times higher than the rated
    speed, this device will automatically cut off control
    mains, the motor running so as to atop lift down at
    over-speed. If the lift continues to down at over speed, and the speed is 1.4 times higher than rated
    speed, safety tongs act to force the lift stop in order
    to ensure the safety.
  35. Fault self-diagnosis record-
    With the help of this record function, faults can be
    restored rapidly so that the lift can remove in a
    short time.
  36. Anti-skid protection-
    The system detects the skid of ropes, then the car
    will stop running, until the CPU is reset to return to
    normal operation.
  37. Anti-slip protection-
    When the system detects the elevator shut down,
    for 3 consecutive seconds feedback pulse
    generator, it is determined that slip occurs elevator
    car, the car will stop all running and before the CPU
    is reset, the elevator has inoperable.
  38. Governor fault protection-
    Once system receive the fault signal of governor
    emergency stop, until the CPU is reset and return
    to normal operation.
  39. Main control CPU WDT protection-
    WDT protection is provided on main control board.
    When fault of CUP or program is detected, WDT
    circuit will forcibly disconnect main controller output
    point and reset CPU.
  40. Blackout manual Rescue –
    When the elevator suddenly power failure or other
    reasons to stop in the non-leveling area, elevator
    operator can go to the machine room, manual
    operate wheels by operations manual, make the
    elevator to the nearest level, release with a
    triangular key.
